**CANCELLED** Restoration Crew: Invasive Species Removal at Adam Ryan Preserve

Due to the weather, this event has been **CANCELLED**, it will be rescheduled for another day.

Join BYLT for a day of restoration at Adam Ryan Preserve on Wednesday, March 20th from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to fill out liability forms. Meet at the Alan Thiesen trailhead at the corner of Dog Bar Road and Alta Sierra Drive, 14996 Dog Bar Road. If the parking area is full, you can park across the street alongside Dog Bar Road. Tasks for the day include pulling scotch broom around the Alan Thiesen Trail and Pollinator Garden and burning it, weather permitted. Removing this invasive species will prevent further establishment in the wildlife Preserve and will allow native plants to thrive in the area. Volunteers will earn a Restoration Crew button for this event.

Safety: Wear long sleeve shirts, trousers, work shoes/boots, and gloves. Please come prepared with plenty of water, a lunch, and everything you need to have a fun, safe work day. BYLT will provide the tools and expertise needed to complete the work- if you have a scotch broom puller, please bring it. Any questions or comments can be directed at elias@bylt.org

Please note: In the event of rain, this workday will be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date.

Sign up for the event using the form below, or email felicia@bylt.org with your registration information.
