The Property consists of five parcels in Yuba County. The dominant habitat type throughout are annual grasslands. The southwest corner of the Property contains vernal pools which are located adjacent to Beale Air Force Base Vernal Pools Conservation Area. There is limited oak woodland habitat and pockets of significant riparian habitat. The topography and wildlife values are consistent with the rolling hills of the Sierra Nevada foothills. The Property possesses agricultural, ecological, historical, open space, wildlife, and habitat values of great importance. The Property, provides high quality watershed and wildlife habitat, including year-round and migratory habitat for deer.
