Similar to other public land management agencies, we require prior written permission from the BYLT Board of Directors and proof of adequate liability insurance. At this time, we require at least 90 days prior notice to review your written request which should include: your intended use of the property (including date, number of participants, timeframe, areas of use, any fee to be charged and all expenses to be paid with the fees), the terms and adequacy of your insurance, the terms of any releases you will require of your customers, and suitable indemnities.
