Internships

Land & Trail Steward | Community Outreach| Pollinators & Greenhouse Manager

BYLT is seeking high school and college level interns who desire to work on a wide variety of land conservation and trail stewardship projects in Nevada and Yuba counties. BYLT will provide each Intern with the opportunity to gain leadership skills, experience and familiarity in the following areas: agriculture, forestry, trail construction, botany, restoration ecology, and land stewardship.

The objective of BYLT’s Internship Program is to train the next generation of the importance of land stewardship, public recreation, and open space conservation. Upon completion of the internship, it is our hope that individuals are inspired to expand their knowledge in these areas and pursue a job in one of the fields related to natural resource conservation or land management.

Contact Community Engagement Manager Megan Green Wells at megan@bylt.org or (530) 272-5994 x 207 with your area of interest, experience and availability.
